Product & Image Quality Standards. To maintain marketplace standards, all listing images and descriptions are subject to administrative review before going live. ShopZim reserves the right to reject low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate listings.
Listing & Photography Support. Sellers who require assistance with product photography, background removal, or enhanced listing details can opt into ShopZim's Media & Quality Control Add-On Service.
Fulfillment Commitment. When an order is placed, the seller agrees to deliver the exact item to the designated collection point within 24 hours of notification.
Escrow & Weekly Payouts.
Customer funds are held by ShopZim until the buyer receives the product.
Disbursements occur weekly on scheduled payout days.
A 10% platform service fee plus standard payout transfer fees will be deducted from total weekly gross sales before payout.
Verification. Sellers agree to provide accurate identification and EcoCash/bank payout details to ensure secure disbursement.
