Secure Payments & Holding. All payments are processed through ShopZim's designated account and held safely until order fulfillment is complete.
Inspection & Pickup. Buyers are entitled to inspect items at the designated collection point upon pickup.
Dispute Period. If an item is defective, misdescribed, or incorrect, buyers must notify ShopZim at the collection hub or within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a refund or exchange.
Minimal Data Privacy. ShopZim collects basic contact details (name and phone/WhatsApp number) strictly for order fulfillment, order updates, and pickup verification.
