ShopZim ("ShopZim", "we", "us") operates shopzim.co.zw, an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers in Zimbabwe. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect the minimum contact information needed for order fulfilment, pickup verification, and order updates — see our Buyer Terms and Seller Terms for more detail on how order data is handled between buyers and sellers.

ShopZim is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
